Driving Growth Through Inclusion in Advertising

 

Research shows that inclusive teams deliver superior business performance and results. In turn, gender, ethnic, cultural, generational, cognitive, and all types of diversity are increasingly seen as a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

That’s why WHOSAY is proud to announce its third annual CMO Interview Series, conducted on-site at the ANA Master of Marketing conference in the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando on Thursday, October 25th. This year, our host will be LL Cool J, entertainment icon, Kennedy Center honoree, two-time Grammy Award winner, NAACP Image Award winner, and philanthropist. He will conduct interviews with top CMOs around how inclusion drives growth in advertising and media.

“The reality and power of a diverse America is reflected in the influencer marketing boom,” said WHOSAY President Rob Gregory, who’ll also be on site conducting interviews. “Most of WHOSAY’s talent partners are from diverse backgrounds and groups, and it’s been this way naturally from the beginning. We’re proud to celebrate this at ANA this year.”

The interviews, which will be subsequently distributed through a network of editorial partners, aim to share these inclusive companies’ stories of success, as well as motivate other organizations and individuals to change the paradigm and demonstrate that diversity is not only good for growth, it is imperative.  

The main goal is to craft a roadmap to help others achieve real-life results and success through diversity and inclusion not only of gender, ethnicity, and culture but also of ideas.
