Molly: Last summer I interned at Artistic Endeavors, a boutique talent management company that works with tons of awesome clients (especially children, which really upped my knowledge on the whole #kidfluencer trend)
Meghan: Creative Services Intern at WHOSAY

Favorite thing about advertising:
Molly: It's very collaborative - from pitching to ideating to casting and executing, everyone is constantly working together to ensure campaigns come to fruition successfully, and there is always something to learn from someone else. Also, everyone is so passionate about how they are contributing, and it really stands out.
Meghan: I love getting to be creative ad think about new and innovative ways to reach people, especially Gen Z.
Most challenging aspect of the industry:
Molly: Most challenging aspect of the industry: The media landscape is constantly changing, and the work is incredibly fast-paced, so it's essential to keep up to date with literally anything and everything.
Meghan: Media & advertising are continually changing and evolving. It’s challenging to not only keep up with the rest of the industry but to get ahead of the game.
Secret life hack:
Molly: I always text myself to remind myself of the random things I have to accomplish. Since I'm always on my phone, I see that text message notification and know what it is I have to get done.
Meghan: Mobile ordering everywhere.
Interesting fact about yourself:
Molly: I have a keychain collection of 200+ keychains from different places I've traveled or adventures I've experienced. They're all connected, so it ends up being just a massive cluster of metal and plastic, but it still holds a lot of sentimental value.
Meghan: I run a vegetarian food account on Instagram.
Best advice you’ve ever received:
Molly: Dreams don't work unless you do. Cliche, but meaningful.
Meghan: Life is 10% what happens and 90% how you react to it.
If you woke up tomorrow as an animal, what animal would you choose to be, and why?
Molly: A petfluencer puppy. It's like a normal puppy life, but more glamorous. AND you get free dog treats, which is the biggest bonus!
Meghan: A cat because life would solely consist of sleeping, eating, and being cute sounds perfect to me.
If you had your late-night talk show, who would you invite as your first guest?
Molly: Tina Fey. She's such a successful lady boss and is hilariously witty. We would have great banter.
Meghan: Stevie Nicks
If you had to delete all but three apps from your smartphone, which ones would you keep?
Molly: Instagram, Spotify, and Google Maps. I would be nowhere without Google Maps (literally, because I wouldn't be able to find it.
Meghan: Apple Music, Citymapper, Instagram
What are the last emojis you used on your phone?
