In 1996, she started a small business called Maxi Wade Agency to consult, produce events, market and position beauty, entertainment, fashion & lifestyle brands. She graduated from National University in La Jolla, California earning her Bachelor in Business Administration degree in 1998. She pursued her Master in Business Administration degree online at the University of Phoenix in 2001.
In 2002, Windi expanded Maxi Wade Agency in the southeastern market to manage emerging talent to push them to national markets for greater exposure.She held an audition to locate the best 30 out of 300 models & talent. Having a small roaster enabled her to give them individualized attention to develop their careers. Shortly thereafter, she completed her MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2004.
Windi owns her title CEO and Founder of her Maxi Wade Agency brand that include subsidiaries Maxi Wade Talent Management, Maxi Wade Media and publisher of WindiWorldDaily.com. Her title may be consisted of two words, but in her entrepreneurial journey she has acquired a new title as producer in 2008. She herself is represented by Everett Johnson at William Morris Endeavor, an executive member at Women In Film, member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and a member of the Screen Actors Guild & American Federation Television and Radio Arts; while attending the Academy of Art University pursuing a Master of Fine Arts degree in Motion Pictures & Television, class of 2014.
