Ashley “Twist” Glazebrook and Glen “Pulse” Murphy are two of the UK’s best-loved street dancers. As well as pioneering a new style of dance – Streetomedy©, combining street dance and comedy – their popularity and respect amongst the dance industry is spreading internationally due to their lightening quick, perfectly synchronised and funny routines.
They met at the famous Brit School of Performing Arts in London, whose alumni include Adele, Jessie J and Amy Winehouse, and are trained in several different genres of dance: contemporary, ballet, tap and jazz.
Twist and Pulse have toured the UK and Ireland extensively performing to over 1 000 000 people.
In 2012, they were sponsored by Samsung to perform every day at the UK’s longest ever live tour; 70 days on the Olympic Torch Relay Tour, as well every day at the London 2012 Games.
They recently became Guinness World Record holders for the fastest number of synchronised moves in 30 seconds.
