Tell Tom Ford you like this

August 3, 2011David Bailey came to my office a couple of weeks ago to photograph me for an American fashion magazine. He is a very, very funny guy and we always laugh quite a lot together. He is also a brilliant photographer and has of course taken some of the most iconic images of some of the most interesting people that have lived in the past 40 years. I actually turned the camera on him earlier in the year and photographed him for British Vogue which was fun. His books are all in my library at the office and actually I have several copies of most of them. If you are not familiar with his work, look up his work. He was the inspiration behind the character of the photographer of the great film by Antonioni called “Blow-Up” which if you have not seen it is a must see. Antonioni is one of my favorite directors.
