Stephen Curry Snapshot
Stephen Curry is in his third season as a guard with the Golden State Warriors. Considered one of the NBA's fastest-rising stars, Curry is one of the league's best shooters. He led the league in free-throw percentage during the 2011 season and finished second in Rookie of the Year voting in 2010.

Curry first splashed onto the national scene while leading Davidson College to the Elite 8 in the 2008 NCAA Basketball Tournament. His sharpshooting and boyish looks made him a national headline while his small school pulled off multiple upsets.

Curry is the son of former NBA player Dell Curry and the older brother of Duke guard Seth Curry.
