April 28, 2011We have been on the road a lot lately so its been a bit more challenging finding the time to workout. Because of a couple of exhibition matches I have coming up in the next few weeks, its been especially important to fit physical preparation into my daily routine.
Strength and flexibility are important elements of this and of a strong all around tennis game. Everyone has their own routine to work on these areas but for awhile now, I have been incorporating Pilates into my training regimen.
