Food Diary Entry #2: Ok-so this isn't hard food, but it's def worth mentioning-& I've mentioned it before. This is my breakfast shake everyday. It's the PureTrim Wellness Shake. I love the chocolate & literally just shake it with 10ozs of cold water & a piece of ice. It has tons of vitamins, protein, greens, everything! And I can take my daily vitamins I like in addition to it, with it & nothing else in my stomach & I don't feel sick. It's the perfect way for me to start out everyday!!
