Today I'm going to tell you all a story about a woman who loves life, animals, photography and has the kind of strength and perspective I wish I could borrow for even a second. A woman who has a brain tumor, which will inevitably take her life this year, but continues to radiate love and positivity and peace. A woman we could all learn a little something from. She gave me this bracelet...her bracelet...after telling me how much she admires what I do for animals. She said that she never dreamed she'd give it to me in person. She also said that moment meant the world to her, so I'd just like to say, it meant the world to me too. Thank you.
Went to the animal shelter today to give some love to the babies living in cages who don't have homes and ended up adopting this little girl! What should we name her?
Beautiful weekend...incredible weather...inspiring conversations...surrounded by my favorite people (and animal babies). Thanks dad for capturing this moment.
Beautiful words. Powerful words. Malala, you have inspired the world. Congratulations to the youngest recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize #MalalaYousafzai #education #peace
At the @variety power of women lunch, sitting in a room filled with some of the most accomplished, inspiring, and dedicated women/activists alive today. One thing that must be acknowledged is that yes, these women have a unique ability to help empower other women, but so do all of us. And while we celebrate their charities and their passions, while we honor them for their philanthropic endeavors, let's remember that their voices are powerful as individuals, but combined could be unstoppable. Women standing up for other women. Making dreams come true and paving the way for others to follow in their footsteps. Let's impact the voices of our next generation of women.
Immeasurable beauty. It's hard NOT to stop and take pictures. It's hard to just live in the moment and not document. If only every morning run looked like this, felt like this, smelled like this and sounded like this...soon...
My brother and I both photographed resting butterflies today...at almost the exact same time..only we're in two different states. Hey @NathanReed_I_am I think someone was coming to say hello. I guess these things can "just happen", but it's kind of fun to think that grandpa wants us to know he's around. I love you too. Thanks for checking on us.
