Here's some motivation for you guys the pic on the left is from 2005 these were the days I use to go out and drink and party every night of the week and the sad part is I use to go the gym everyday but that doesn't mean shit! I had no idea what I was doing! I eating horribly and consuming enormous amounts of alcohol and the way I train now and then is night and day! I live a completely different life style now. I don't do diets and I don't recommend you to do it either. Make healthy living a part of your lifestyle. You can eat healthy but still get to eat all the junk food it's all about timing. Also I do ZERO cardio! If you want a muscular build then you should absolutely not do any cardio. If you look at what runners look like most of them are skinny so if you want that look then do cardio.
I train my ass off to look the way I am now. And the key is consistency. If you want it bad enough then you'll stay persistent and consistent!
