DAY 3 DONE!!!!
AWESOME JOB TO EVERYONE TODAY!!! We got Free Gatorade, We had Bootcamp Battle-Fields, and There was a Tranny Dance-off… I think the Earthquake had a little affect on today. GOOD news is you rocked out your final ARMS DAY! Yeah baby!
Doing a bootcamp 5 days in a row is TOUGH… Its not called HELL WEEK for nothing. But I truly believe that Fitness is LIFE. How you respond to your fitness routine is exactly the same way you respond in your life. Or you can even train yourself mentally during bootcamp to live your life in a more powerful way.
HOW? When the going gets tough you get tougher. This week we are working you to your Physical MAX. MONDAY & TUESDAY you were STRONG… Then WACKY WEDNESDAY HIT US. You are physically tired and a little tired mentally. AWARENESS is the Key to change.
Historically WEDNESDAYS are usually a ROUGH DAY regardless of whether you had HELL WEEK or not because they are smack dab in the middle. Soooo it’s smart to gear yourself up to be mentally “Tougher” going into Wednesdays. Does that make sense? When you train yourself to the extreme whether it’s physically with bootcamp or mentally at work you can more easily recognize your patterns of behavior.
Fitness is Life.

AHHHHHH!! We are past the halfway point BOO-yyYYAAA!!! Tomorrow is BOOTY-LeGS DAY! & FRIDAY is Full-BODY FEST. Untz, Untzzzz
Continue the Focus of making this the BEST WEEK EVER. Drink plenty of fluids, get a massage, Take a HOT Shower before Camp, Stretch, Ear Healthy, and get plenty of REST. This fitness thing isn’t for sissies.
And tell yourself that you will BUST out these last two days. THIS WEEKEND & NEXT WEEK: I think it would be very smart for you to take SATURDAY & SUNDAY OFF to fully recover your Body and make Monday/Tuesday medium to light workout days.
