Andrel Steltubert is with Zantray Lakay, a community based organization operating in Delmas 32. They are a social cultural organization that run a theater club, dance club, and reading group. They look to bring in outside sources to do their training and focus on childhood development. Steltubert says that the theater provides an outlet for children to express their feelings about how they are treated in society. He hopes that J/P HRO's CBO training will help him instill a better sense of leadership in youth, and that it will help foster change within the community.
