14 Days of #Chocolate! COCOA CUPS: Melt 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips using a double broiler (or the microwave). Inflate 3 balloons to about the size of a soft-ball. Hold the balloon by the knot and dip into melted chocolate, tipping and turning to cover the bottom 1/3 of balloon. Place chocolate-balloon, knotted side up, on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with 2-3 more balloons, then place tray in freezer for about 5 minutes or until chocolate hardens. Snip a hole in each balloon to deflate (kaboom!), and carefully peel balloon away from chocolate. Fill cups with a squirt of whipped cream and fruit of choice.
