Tried a new version of my meal replacement protein smoothie this afternoon with my son, Cole (it's midterm week and he doesn't have any exams today, so he's stuck home with mom!). To make it, just combine 3/4 cup skim/soy/almond milk + 1/2 banana + 1 cup frozen (or fresh) mango chunks + 2 tsp ground flaxseed + 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional) + 3-5 ice cubes in a blender and puree until smooth and frothy.
