Healthy Food Find! I disovered these very cool "Sanguinetti" Red Walnuts while I was in Pittsburgh for an event a few weeks ago. I read that they're made by grafting red-skinned Persian walnuts onto larger, creamier English walnuts (the most common type for eating). You can learn more about them here: http://say.ly/BgW1iiA. Aren't they fabulous?! I'm imagining them sprinkled on a salad...or maybe a bowl of vanilla frozen yogurt!
