#FWcookbook I can’t resist cookie madness during the holidays...made these last week and they were so satisfying - Double Chocolate Pecan with Sea Salt! A few vital tips for successful cookie baking: make sure butter and eggs are room temperature, don’t overbeat batter - you want all ingredients just combined, leave at least an inch or so of space between each cookie on sheetpan - they always spread out while they bake, and don’t be tempted to over bake them! A gooey soft center is the ultimate cookie reward. Best when shared. #HappyHolidays
