Edamame is one of my favorite healthy snacks! Here's a quick and easy recipe...Get a bag of frozen edamame and spread them out on a baking sheet. Add your favorite seasoning and drizzle olive oil on top. Turn the broiler on to 400 and bake for about 7 minutes. It's a healthier version of roasted nuts.
