Some of you may or may not know, I didn't have a good showing at my debut at the #TampaPro, and well there was simply nothing I could do. I found out too late about some serious food allergies, and there was not enough time to get the water out. Nor could I rush that process. So I just did my best, and that's all you can do. It's easy to say skip the show but once contracts are signed, reservations have been made etc. you just roll with the punches. Get back up and move ahead.
I was able to at least see how everything is run in women's physique and got to test out posing. I also met some really wonderful competitors. All of the women made me feel very welcome. Thank you so much for that.
So now I'm going to make a new game plan. But 5 days wasn't enough time to turn the months of swelling around.
I'll be back, and am looking for my next competition now.

In today’s video, I will be discussing adding variety to your #BICEPS workout with the use of resistance bands.
Bands are inexpensive, portable and can really save the day if you are not able to make it to the gym and it's also easy to throw in your gym bag and bring with you to the gym, which you'll see in the video below.
