Ever forget to take a breath?  

In stressful times everything contracts, tightens and the flow of life seems to shut down.  I  discovered that all I needed to do was stop and simply focus on my breath.  Becoming mindful of this technique created an almost instant inner shift.  What was moments earlier quite tense began to fade into the shadows and the world seemed to come right back into focus.

When life feels overwhelming, perhaps you too may take a moment to focus on your breathing.  Deeply inhaling, and then slowly exhaling perhaps 3-5 times.
