Have you made your 2013 Resolutions yet? Make a list of things things you desire most.
See, think and feel exactly what it feels like as if these resolutions already existed in your life.
Start with the simplest resolution on your list and practice with that. Imagine that you were already in possession of this wish or desire, especially feel what it feels like.
Now as you have mastered what it feels like to assume that this wish was already a simple fact, check it in your gut and see if it feels natural to you.
If so, then proceed with the next desire and work your way up.
Remember...all things are possible, if they are in line with your source's plan (God/ The Universe/ Your Highest Self/ Buddha/ Etc...Your personal belief).
Remove from this list any desire of the ego, as this will be a waste of your energy.
This may be a new way for you to bring to you your deepest desires.
