NEW mugshot and latest on the GREENVILLE SHOOTOUT AND MANHUNT
The Greenville County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's assistance in locating 25 year old Patrick Dean Lowrance of Duncan in relation to an Attempted Armed Robbery at the Wendy's, located at 30 Henrydale Avenue in Greenville on October 23, 2011.
Shortly before 11:30PM, Lowrance entered the business armed with a weapon and made three (employee) victims lay down on the floor.
Lowrance demanded to know where the safe was kept, and who had the combination. The victims replied that the manager had the combination, and that she was outside. Lowrance then ordered the three victims out of the business and began to approach the manager, who was able to enter her vehicle and flee the area. While the manager was driving away, Lowrance discharged several rounds towards her vehicle. Lowrance then demanded that the victims re-enter the store, but they advised him that they were unable to due to the fact that the door locked as they exited.
Lowrance again discharged his weapon towards the three victims, who fortunately fled the area on foot without being injured. Additionally, the manager who fled the scene in her vehicle was unharmed as well. No items were stolen during the incident.
Investigators with the Armed Robbery Unit obtained information through the course of the investigation that led them to identify Lowrance as the perpetrator, and signed the following arrest warrants on him yesterday, October 27th:
* 1 count of Attempted Armed Robbery
* 1 count of Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime
* 4 counts of Attempted Murder
* 3 counts of Kidnapping
* 1 count of Criminal Conspiracy.

Lowrance is approximately 5'8", and 160lbs.

Anyone with information pertaining to the known whereabouts of Lowrance is asked to call the Greenville County Sheriff's Office, or Crime
Stoppers at 23-CRIME.
