AM said: Change it up! Time to try or just add something new to your program that you actually might like/enjoy committing to. If your workouts are seeming "stale" and you aren't seeing results, chances are your body is bored as hell and needs a new challenge. Try doing exercises that work upper and lower body. More bang for your buck.
With dieting/nutrition, for some people its easier not to go "cold-turkey." If you are finding it too hard to give up everything you just can't live without at once, try swapping out one or two things a day ie. that full fat, full sugar caramel latte for a skinny latte with SF flavor or my fave, the Americano STIFF with Stevia
