@Thabluprnt The tough reality of flat tummies and "abs" is - no matter how many crunches you do - if what you are putting in your mouth is not tight and "right", you won't be -- (too much processed garbage and sugar). What is EXACTLY "right" will differ from person to person (I have friends who have palpable abs and can "cheat" a bit more than I can O_O) but the CONSTANTS among all people are usually: low to no alcohol, low to no sugars, low processed carbohydrates/crap, sodas, high sugar juices and processed foods...and no binging with the foolish expectation that your abs will "hold out". Add cardio and a well-rounded abdominal training routine and you will be straight. The old fitness adage "ABS are made in the kitchen" is a truth no one can ignore. Giddy up. AM
