THIS is an EASY but effective move that you can do while watching Sherlock or The Walking Dead (counting the DAYS) -- BASIC BOOTY kickbacks with a swing out - 

These target your BOOTY, Hips and Thighs - 
HOW TO: Start on the floor on all fours with one leg extended straight behind you, toe down

A. Keeping your toes pointed and your leg straight, lift the extended leg off the floor until it is hip level, squeezing those GLUTES!

B. As part of the same move, (leg straight and toes pointed), slowly swing the leg out to the side. You will need to "bend" that opposite arm a bit for balance in order to get that leg raised up to the side.

Hold for a couple beats - then bring your leg back to A. then back to start. 12 reps, 4 sets, each leg (one set right, one set left, and so on) -- FIND YOURSELF SOME ANKLE WEIGHTS for added resistance and to UP the intensity/toning
