'TIGHT TUESDAY' MOTIVATION:
We all have these days so I know you can relate.
Somedays I wake up and I am just itching to get to the gym and sweat/"sparkle" it out.
While on other days, it's damn..."I-wish-I-could-stay-in-this-warm-cozy-bed/couch/compute room" -itis. Lol

I love when I have days like this though...I'm pumped.
If everyday was like this - staying in shape would be EASY, no?

It's what you do on the days that you DON'T really want to workout but should...and you force yourself to get up and out anyway. The times when you know you had french fries yesterday but decide not to let that derail you.
Your choices determine how far you can take your body. -AM
