HISTORY: Some of you might remember, I met and worked with "Cindy" years ago when I was coaching on MTV's MADE program. She was 16, I was a royal pain in the ass. 
Post MTV, Cindy tells me that the weight crepppt back on in the years following. Work. Life. Time constraints. No fitness model harpy bugging you every cotton-pickin' day about the treadmill lol.
When we are dissatisfied with something - anything, we make changes so that we can become satisfied, right? Cindy already knew what she had to do to do it again...all that was left was TO DO IT.

Cynthia proves that all that we, YOU, have to do is to look in the mirror and say to yourself one day, "I want to take this body, my health and my life in control. I am ready to bring my fitness to the NEXT level. And it is HIGH TIME that I made myself accountable."

Do. IT. By the way, I do plan to harass you with at least one post a week to remind you all that we are in the midst of the "4 horses of the holiday "food-ocalypse": Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. Wow, I crack myself up at 4 am.

Enjoy yourself this season, but keep it in check by sticking to your program. No crash diets. Pick up something heavy. Sugar is not your "BFF." Everyone is "busy." Stop slacking.
