It's HARD getting your workouts in when the days are shorter and the temperatures have dropped...AND when the "food holidays" (starting with Halloween candy) are well under way....
During the colder seasons, you really have to PUSH yourself to stay on track - you have to go the extra mile. For my part, I am going to defy my natural "vampire-fitness-NESS" and start getting my workouts in earlier in the day. Bonus is, it'll be out of the way AND I'll actually see more sunlight O_O #ImTaupeWTF
