AM: You cannot alter your internal bone structure with workouts :/ CAN, however, tighten your waist in and broaden your shoulders and build that BOOTY to give the illusion of a more hourglass physique with weight training (not light weights lol).

When I was competing, I was "narrower" - lost all hippage.
I am toned now, but not "contest ripped up" or training for the stage anymore - my hips are here to stay!
I'm "curvier" - a look I prefer on myself now that I am older :)
