Halloween Exercise Pic!: It wouldn't be HALLOWEEN without "Spiderman Press-Ups!" This move TARGETS: Chest, Triceps, Abs/Core, Obliques, Booty, Hips:  START facedown in standard push-up position - make sure you form a straight line from head to heels. Bend your right knee and bring it out to the side and up towards your elbow - simultaneously lowering your body into a push up.  As you press UP, straighten leg out and bring leg back to START. Repeat with Left knee. Alternate 8 on each side, rest, repeat for sets. *This move can also be done on your knees for beginners ;)
