You can change the composition of your legs - by working on your strength and endurance to fight those fat cells that your bod 'signals' to be stored around your waist and hips.
Basic exercises like drop squats, all types of lunges (my fave!) and calf raises help shape and define and SLIM down thighs and hips.
Most of the exercises we put into Lionsgate BeFiT's 30 Day Buttlift workout were designed to not only shape your glutes but to also tone and tighten your gams ;)
