December 24, 2012Food Diary Entry #10: Made a very simple gluten free spaghetti & sauce tonight. I used brown rice spaghetti & my favorite sauce from Trader Joe's. I added fresh, organic broccoli, kale & tofu into the sauce & cooked it all together, covered, in a pot while the water was getting hot for the pasta. The whole thing took under 30 mins & I even have left overs!
