With over 1000 shows and sold out tours across four continents, Forbes magazine called Papa CJ the global face of cutting-edge Indian stand-up comedy. The Times of India called him the #1 stand-up comedian in India and Toastmaster International magazine called him one of the most influential comedians around the world. He represented India on NBC’s TV Show Last Comic Standing, where from amongst the thousands of global contestants he was recognised as one of the top ten comedians on the planet. His international TV credits include shows on various channels including Comedy Central, BBC, MTV and Showtime. He also holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, has worked as a motivational speaker and executive coach and runs a charity for underprivileged children in India that is funded by his comedy.
