Michelle was most recently named the Anchor & Live Host for The Associated Press' Grammys and Oscars Red Carpet Coverage, and currently hosts for E! News Now, Y! Sports, and Celebuzz. She is also a correspondent for top online destinations and major brands including: VEVO, VIBE, Microsoft's XBox, and Nike. Kicking off 2011 with a bang, Michelle was named ABC's official digital host for Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest, where she interviewed performers like Willow Smith, Drake, Avril Lavigne, and Train. A few months prior, Michelle co-hosted the American Music Awards Live Red Carpet Pre-Show for Dick Clark Productions, streaming worldwide and served as the official backstage correspondent for the show.
Since 2007, Michelle has interviewed countless celebrities including: Justin Bieber, Jessica Alba, Eva Longoria, Quincy Jones, Heidi Klum, Taylor Swift, Snoop Dogg, and Rihanna. She has traveled all over the country as a host and correspondent for various outlets, covering major events such as The Grammys, ESPYs, Golden Globes, Emmys, Sundance, Super Bowl, X-Games, and more. Michelle’s work has aired on TV shows such as: "Entertainment Tonight," "Extra," "The Daily 10," "Chelsea Lately," and FOX's "Good Day LA."
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and is a Southern California native. Growing up, she trained in piano and violin, and developed a strong affinity for music and entertainment. For 15 years, Michelle excelled in dance, with an emphasis in Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Ballet. A former professional dancer, her passion has always been performing and being in the spotlight.
With Spanish, Filipino, Italian and Hawaiian roots, Michelle’s unique and exotic look has always turned heads, and sparked curiosity. Along with her diverse appeal, Michelle’s ambition and strong work ethic sets her apart from the rest.
