October 25, 2011On this day in 1983 President Reagan sent U.S. troops onto the tiny Caribbean island of Grenada to "rescue American medical students". But the truth was we invaded the island to overthrow the communist government in favor of a pro-Western one. This is a slice of a report I did on Grenada at that time.
