To get amazing results in anything, consistency is the key… Consistent effort from the soul = INCREASED CONFIDENCE, JOY, annnddddd NO REGRETS.

YOU NEED TO READ for YOU…

The BEST WEEK EVER means taking care of yourself not only Physically but also mentally…. In New York City especially… People sort of treat themselves like machines not people. They drink red bull and starbucks (among other things) for energy when they are tired… And then they beat themselves up when they crash because god forbid you're tired?!!!

We are going hard this week… treat yourself like you would treat your best friend. Eat Well this week – Clean, Healthy, Organic, Fresh, less processed… The closer to ALIVE the better, ok? Physically because we are busting ASS SO HARD this week, sit down as much as you can, definitely stretch & maybe get a massage. Mentally… This is important. When you're tired instead of reaching for the caffeine tell yourself you are going to going to hit the pillow as soon as you get home… Zzzzz’s are important… Sleep is the time when your brain and muscles repair. I
