September 8, 2011I want to update a comment I made on last night's #BeautyDetoxFBChat... It's important to remember that the #BeautyDetox is made up of 4 main things:
1) Drink the Glowing Green Smoothie (or follow the morning options for the Blossoming Beauties)
2) Give up dairy.
3) Eat more veggies and daily salads and eat less meat.
4) Incorporate Probiotic & Enzyme Salad, probiotics, and the cleansing modalities I recommend.
