November 15, 2011One of my all-time favorite snacks (especially this time of year): warm toasted pecans! They're buttery, rich and completely delicious. I personally think they can compete with candy...but maybe I'm a little biased. You can toast them in a toaster oven or oven, or in a skillet over medium-low heat (shake the pan every few minutes). Takes them to a whole new level!
