November 9, 2011Healthy Food Find: KIND Granola Clusters! All flavors are gluten-free & incorporate interesting whole grains like quinoa, millet, amaranth & brown rice. I particularly love the Cinnamon Oat and Maple Walnut varieties--but the Vanilla Blueberry and Dark Chocolate & Cranberry are close seconds! Mix 2-4 tablespoons with a lower calorie cereal or sprinkle on nonfat yogurt, cottage cheese or light ice cream. 1/3 cup provides 130 cals, 3-4g fat, 20-23g carb, 2-5g fiber, 5-7g sugar & 20-80mg sodium depending on the flavor.
