"Crunchmaster" Multi-Seed Crackers: These crackers are 100% whole grain, certified gluten-free and made with a blend of brown rice flour and other interesting add-ins like quinoa, amaranth, sesame seeds, and flaxseeds. I love how crispy and crunchy they are! The "Roasted Garlic" variety has a very mild garlic flavor (they also come in Original, Toasted Onion, and Rosemary & Olive Oil). Look for them in the deli section of supermarkets, Wal-Mart, and club stores. 1 serving (14 crackers) = 140 cals, 5g fat, 0.5g sat fat, 20g carbs, 2g fiber, 3g protein
