November 28, 2012Made a quick "Chicken Paillard" for dinner last night (name sounds so fancy but it's sooo simple). I pan-sauteed a chicken breast seasoned with salt & pepper, then topped the warm chicken with a salad of mixed greens tossed with my Light Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing.
