November 8, 2012Here's a great after school snack for kids! Pre-toast a whole-grain mini pita, tortilla, or English muffin. Spread on a little marinara sauce, and top generously with preferred veggies (broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc). Then, lightly sprinkle with shredded part-skim mozzarella & bake at 450 for 5-10 mins, or until cheese is melted. YUM, right?
