I received samples of this tasty granola from Purely Elizabeth -- it's low in sugar (6 grams per 1/3 cup) and packed with wholesome ingredients like quinoa, amaranth, nuts and seeds. The kids and I have been sprinkling it on Greek yogurt for breakfast and snacks. It's available at Whole Foods and a few other retailers, as well as online at the company website.
