February 29, 2012The Bauers had Turkey Tacos for dinner last night, and I concocted a delicious, new topping: Cilantro Sour Cream. (That's my name for it--my kids just call it "green cream.") Blend 1 cup nonfat sour cream with 1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh cilantro (roughly chopped) & one whole scallion (roughly chopped) in a food processor until nicely incorporated. Would also be a great topper for chili, veggie burgers, or fish! 2 tbsp = 25 cals
