The first ingredient is your standard white potato, but they also add more nutrient-rich mix-ins including navy beans, sweet potatoes, and carrots, giving them pretty respectable stats for a straight-up snack food. The Jalapeno Ranch flavor is my fave--has a nice "kick" to it! 13 chips = 130 cals, 7g fat (0.5 g saturated), 16g carbs, 3g fiber, 2g sugar, 3g protein, 140mg sodium
