January 18, 2012I made everyone "Maple Scrambled Eggs" for breakfast this morning. I just whipped together 1 whole egg with 2 egg whites, scrambled them in a skillet with oil spray, and drizzled with 1 teaspoon maple syrup. Stats for this meal: 120 cals, 13g protein, 5g carbs, 5g fat (1.5g saturated), 180mg sodium, 0g fiber, 5g sugar
