Protein Pudding

Just mix together a 6-ounce nonfat plain Greek yogurt with 1 packet low-fat hot cocoa mix (waaaay more protein than a standard pudding cup, which has about 2-3 grams).

Chocolate-Vanilla-Cherry Ice Cream Sandwiches

To whip up this decadent treat, soften 1/4 cup light vanilla ice cream and stir in 6 frozen cherries. Then scoop the ice cream between two chocolate graham cracker squares (1 full sheet, broken in half to make 2 squares). Stick in freezer for about an hour to set.
