January 16, 2012Today’s 10,000 Pound Challenge Tip: Choose a motivational quote or mantra for daily encouragement.

Losing weight is 50% attitude, so keeping your spirits high is key to success. In a moment of weakness or frustration, an empowering quote can provide that extra motivational push you need to make it through the day. Search online for a message that speaks to you personally, then post it in several highly visible places, like on the fridge, at your desk, and on your car visor. There are so many great sayings out there, but here’s one of my favorites to get you started:
