December 7, 2011Just concocted this fun treat: Cherry Vanilla Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches! To make one, soften 1/4 cup light vanilla ice cream and stir in 6 frozen cherries. Then scoop the ice cream between two chocolate graham cracker squares (1 full sheet, broken in half to make 2 squares). Stick in freezer for about an hour to set. Just 145 calories per sandwich--you will LOVE!
