December 6, 2011Fun treat for the kids...Serve yogurt-fruit-granola parfaits in wine glasses. I layer a container of nonfat Greek yogurt with frozen berries (warmed in microwave for 1-2 mins) and 2-3 Tbsp granola. They look so darn pretty and my kids gobble them up! Only about 250 cals so makes a perfect breakfast or snack.
