- 09 May 2012 Attached is a clip of a shoulder superset. Great exercise for building both a strong lats and delts. Either do low reps or high reps. - 25 April 2012 People always ask Josh Lewis how I am so big. Well I eat and drink excessively. But also lift like a madman. Last week was back followed by biceps. Now we move to chest.
